Graduate Study Room Reservations

Graduate study rooms may be reserved and used by currently enrolled graduate students (view the full policy here). A UNCW email is required for making reservations. To reserve a study room scroll down on this page.

1. Click on a green box to select the start time for your reservation.
2. Choose an end time using the drop-down at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the “Submit Times” button.
4. A new page will open. Enter your reservation details and then click on "Submit My Booking."
5. You will receive an email confirmation.
